Shipping Policy

• 1. We will deliver your order on the same day if we receive it by 2PM Saturday through     Thursday. We do not deliver flowers on Friday.
• 2. If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next day and inform you about     it.
• 3. We deliver only the finest quality of flower arrangements through the best local florists.
• 4. Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 5. The cut off times refer to the recipient's time zone
• 6. The standard shipping charges mentioned in the product details page is applicable for all the major cities viz., Riyadh, Jeddah, Al-Jouf, Al-Khober, Dammam, Dhahran, Mekkah, Madinah, Najran, Sakakah, Tabuk, Taif & Yanbu. For other cities, the shipping charges would be extra and we will intimate you about that.

Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.

Depending on the country of delivery and the type of product our returns policy differs to a small extent. Substitution Policy

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of quality gifts, fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted . This will be done after informing you.
